1. Rights. You keep full ownership of your film. You grant Genstream a non-exclusive, revocable licence to stream it to subscribers.
2. Revenue share. Genstream pays filmmakers 25% of net subscription revenue, allocated across titles in proportion to total watch minutes in each calendar month.
3. Payouts. Paid monthly once your balance passes $25. Statements show your watch minutes and share.
4. Removal. Either party may remove the film with 30 days' written notice.
5. Warranties. You confirm you hold all music, footage and talent clearances required to stream the film.
6. Fees and refunds. The $35 review fee is non-refundable, including if your film is not accepted. Genstream memberships are also non-refundable: all charges are final, and if a membership isn't for you it must be cancelled within 7 days of the charge to avoid the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
